Booking is simple! Just fill out the contact form on my website or send me a message with details about your session. Once we confirm availability, I’ll send over a booking proposal and retainer invoice to secure your date.

My pricing is listed transparently on my website with no hidden costs. I serve clients within 30 miles of West Des Moines, Iowa at no additional charge. For sessions outside that range, a travel fee will apply, calculated using the current IRS standard mileage rate of $0.725 per mile (2026 rate).

Yes— a non-refundable 25% retainer is required to officially reserve your session date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session (depending on the type of shoot).

Deposits and payments can be made via Venmo. If you need a different payment method, please let me know.

I recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance for portrait sessions and 3–6 months (or more) for weddings and events, as dates can fill quickly.

I’ll guide you! After booking, you’ll receive a style guide with tips on colors, outfits, and what photographs best. Generally, I recommend neutral tones, minimal patterns, and coordinating (not matching) outfits.

You’ll receive a sneak peek within a few days, and your full gallery is typically delivered within 1–2 weeks for sessions and 3–6 weeks for events or weddings.

Your images will be delivered in a private online gallery where you can download, share, and order prints.
